Scaffold a new DAG project (leoflow.yaml + dag.py).

leoflow init <path> [flags]

      --config string       config file path (default ~/.leoflow/config.yaml)
      --log-level string    log level: debug, info, warn, error
      --server-url string   control plane API base URL
